SMS message can be send to Dialog Phone in Sri Lanka from your E-Mail account.

For to receive SMS to the Sri Lanka mobile phones need activation for Dialog account holders.

For example if you want to receive SMS from a friend's email to your Dialog mobile number you must activate or request it from your phone which is having a Dialog number. (Some dialog packages can't be activated automatically.).
